An arrogant nasty prick with a chip on his shoulder phoned me from a different 0800 number this morning 4 days after my Policy had already began and treated me like I was supposed to have dementia asking for my name and dob and requested we go over the policy details and asked could I remember how much my fortnightly installments are. He told me my certificate I had printed out and displayed on the wall above my bed head was Not my insurance policy.
While I was rechecking my emails Google displayed and alert warning me this is a suspicious email and attachments.

The gentleman that spoke to me was very very nice..I could hear him clearly over the phone..when I wasn't sure he was able to explain things properly for me..Thank-you so much for allowing me to have a life insurance with your company..all the best
