Lack of communication, extremely poor customer services. 9 emails sent regarding a club which has been returned. No updates!!! No response to the 11 emails! This is not an acceptable level of standard. We have even tried to call, left voicemail as line not manned by a human. Now left without a club and out of pocket. I would not use this company again! DO NOT USE! Ordered a full set of clubs to which I was told they've "over sold" this item. Asked for a refund but it didn't arrive. Asked again to which Chris told me there was an error in accounts and it should be with me in 48 hours, no refund and none pending according to my bank. The clubs are still being advertised despite knowing they can't honour the order within the timeframe. Based on my experience they are utter cowboys. Avoid them!

Beware. Ordered an adidas golf top and socks on line with them. Delivery states 3-5 working days. Item not delivered and no update. Contacted them to be told they had over ordered on the top (not my problem) and the item was now out of stock. They said they were speaking to Adidas and would get back to me. They didn’t and I had to chase them multiple times to try and get just a basic update. They offered a refund but I wanted the item I’d paid for in good faith. The items eventually arrived 3 weeks later!! I noticed that on their site all the time I was chasing it they were still offering the top for sale when clearly it wasn’t available. Ethically and morally that cannot be right and I’m sure breaches consumer rights. I will definitely not use this company again and there are far better golf companies on line who deliver quickly, communicate properly and act correctly in line with the consumer regulations. At no point was I even offered any form of compensation other than standard email responses.

Im not recomend this site. Ive bought a club from here and still havent got thew club and its been almost 3 weeks now. And now they dont answer my email any more and they are not solving the issue.

Prompt delivery and great customer support by telephone and in person.

Prompt receipt following order. Item arrived within a couple of days. Well packed too.

The delivery was very slow, no communication regarding the date of delivery.

The ordering process was very easy and the item I ordered was competitively priced. I paid the premium rate for delivery on a Saturday.

The courier failed to deliver and then they rescheduled for the Sunday. Again the courier failed to deliver and the item was eventually delivered on the Monday.

Customer Services at Golfgeardirect were understanding and resolved the issue to my satisfaction and agreed to raise a complaint with the third party courier company.

The item was well packaged and on the face of it, it looks solid and hopefully many more years of use out of it to come.
