A long standing but disappointed customer.
I was pleased to get the order I made. It was a competitive price and it was delivered as promised. However I was also hoping to buy another product that you had supplied previously and was disappointed it didn’t appear on your website. I emailed you to ask if you no longer intended to stock it but it took you too long to reply and only then after a further prompt from myself. I have used Comfort by Cottons for a long time and was very disappointed to learn you now only offer the one product.

Still waiting for my delivery 24 hours after the agreed time frame. They said they would send it one way but instead sent it another without me seeing any proof they had tried to deliver!
