Scott did a fantastic job, as usual, at helping me pick the right Victorinox tool today.

A positive experience
Staff are always polite, very helpful and friendly. I never feel rushed or pressured when shopping there even though the shop itself is very narrow. Great selection clothing and footwear.

I was in a jam. Air tent with no pump
I was in a jam. On the way to Arran with an air tent and no pump. Rang this store and spoke to Katherine. Yes, only one left. She kindly put it behind counter until i got there 90 mins later. Both staff really friendly and helpful. 👏👏👏

The staff were so helpful and patient
The staff were so helpful and patient, absolutely saved our bacon with a 7 year old and footwear emergency even though they were about to close. Really greatful to them

Helpful staff
Store had a good enough choice, staff checked and found they held stock in my size. Fit was good, sandals were what I was looking for and at a good price. Staff were helpful and efficient

Really good shopping experience
Really good shopping experience. Staff are very polite and knowledgeable. My fleece fits perfectly and was a good price. I will definitely shop in Ayr again.
