Amazing team
Cheryl on the counter was absolutely lovely! All the staff were very friendly helped me outside with the big box! Offered to wait with it while I collected my car. Really nice experience and will definitely shop here again

Visited the Berwick store today
Visited the Berwick store today, I was greeted on entry to the store from a member of staff...nice touch. I did my shopping the went to the till to pay. Special mention to Cheryl who served me, she was an absolute gem. chatty and knowledgeable about the product, making sure that I had tried my new rucksack for size. she also replaced the old store card for me, it was in pieces. Cheryl is a great asset to your company, I'll be back.
