My son is going to Norway with school for 11 days so I came in with a BIG list.
Adam went around the store with me showing me exactly what was what and even gave us demonstrations on how to use the equipment.
It made what i thought was going to be a daunting shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Shopped in store today, was served by Adam & he was very helpful & was informative about the products in the store. Adam also helped solve an issue with my membership.
Go Outdoors has a good selection of clothing & has some very good offers.

I went into the shop to look for a thermal, leak-proof flask. Mimi was very helpful in showing me the range of flasks available and although I didn't have my membership card with me I got the discount as they found my details on the system.

We went into the Birkenhead Go Outdoors today and were tended to be a lovely and knowledgeable gentleman named Chris. He was extremely helpful in assisting us to pick out suitable backpacks for both my son and daughter. We will definitely be visiting again for all our scouting and camping needs.

The workers were really helpful and helped me pick out the right pair of shoes based on planned activities/what I’d be wearing them for and taking into account colour preferences and they’re an amazing pair - staff at the till were really friendly too overall a nice and welcoming experience. Absolutely Smashing!
Me and my friend Joe are going wild camping up in the Cairngorms this week. We didn't have much of an idea on tent weather specifications but Adam came upstairs and helped out. He was really friendly, professional and overall a nice decent fella to have a chat with. I will be coming back before we set off to pick up some more stuff I still need. Hopefully Adam is there again haha!
