Staff helpful and professional
I found the staff very informative and helpful. Especially when I went back in to find out why I had not received a membership card. All sorted by the helpful and professional staff.

Fantastic customer service by Aaron at the Blackburn store today. Assisted me in helping my dad who is in the later stages of dementia find a great pair of walking shoes. Aaron was patient and helpful also full of recommendations. His customer service made what is already a stressful time a lot easier and quicker.

My most recent order was missing a xsafe method feeder i ordered 3 but only 2in packaging ive messaged customer service

Went to the store for some fishing gear having not really coarse fished for many years and a bit flummoxed in the now vast arrays of new equipment and baits and techniques. Paul S in the fishing department was very helpful and full of advice. Very knowledgeable. Thank you
