Brilliant service! Bought a cooler with an unknown defect that needed to be fixed but didn’t effect use, took it back and was offered a refund or if I wanted to keep it but for £10! Massive savings so took the cooler for cheaper! Big thanks to Lucy for the help!

Lucy and Heidi were extremely helpful on our visit today. Nothing was too much trouble. They made contact with the Cribbs Causeway store to cancel a click and collect order for us, as we’d been unable to get through on the phone. We walked away with a better tent than initially ordered plus the air shelter that had been cancelled from the original order from the other store, because it was unavailable. Thank you for your help.

Kate was brilliant helping me choose some walking trainers, with (non-pushy) suggestions, shoes to try on and helpful advice. I ended up with the perfect ones, and appreciate the time she took as I tried on almost every pair in the shop.

Simply billy! I went into go outdoors requiring a full pack for a 3 day survival camp, to which billy had plenty of knowledge and was giving me a variety of options for everything which was extremely helpful. Also super easy to talk to. Highly recommend billy!

Kerrie was super helpful giving us really useful advice about the choice of camp cooker and accessories available.

Jay, who served me at the till, was very patient and kind. Helped me figure out some questions I needed answering in a considerate and open manner.
Another member of staff also offered to bring me a trolley.

We came up from Taunton to see your range of tents after having a look around the Taunton store. We cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that we had from Mark the tent man and Karin in store. Both went above and beyond normal expectations.A credit to your company.

Bought a Calibre Saw. Took 5 days from purchase for us to receive a pick up notification to collect from our local store. When we went to collect the bike was not ready for collection.
We asked that they take our number and keep us updated. We had no response. So we popped back a few days later. No further developments.
Left another three days before returning. The bike was ‘ready’. Though no one had contacted us to inform us.
Upon getting home and inspecting properly the bike was most certainly not built up to anything approaching a professional level. There was no grease in the seat post; asking for a seized post later down the line. Strike one.
The front disc pads are rubbing. The gears aren’t correctly adjusted. There’s numerous small stratches to the bike. The spring on one side of the front quick release is missing. The tires aren’t inflated sufficiently.

We took the bike because I was a bike mechanic years ago and can sort these issues. But if you are expecting a bike that is safe and functional without additional work you should avoid purchasing this irrelevant of very good price. Go to a proper bike shop.

The Go Outdoors staff were unbelievably helpful to me - giving good advice about a tent but most importantly when I lost my wallet. They kept it safe and were very helpful when I came back for it. I cannot thank the kindness and professionalism of Zoe, Billy, Jay and Andy enough.

Collected a new ebike from the store - excellent handover process with clear instructions and information about the aftersales service and warranty. Returned a day later to sort out the sale discount due to a last minute price change and Zoe was fantastic at dealing with the issue in a helpful and friendly manner.

Brilliant selection of fresh bait, loads of ground bait, pellets, boilies available with a good general selection of tackle! Everything you would need for a food days fishing!

I recently placed an online order as there were some items that were not in stock at GoOutdoors Bristol. Sadly, one item was not delivered and I received another item in error. The online help and telephone helplines were not at all helpful, so I popped into store. Kerrie and Mia were incredibly helpful and sorted out the error quickly, easily and with fantastic customer service - both a credit to the store.

We were helped by the lovely Andy today, not only was he extremely well versed in the equipment that we had chosen but also helped with activating our members account. The service provided was helpful, efficient and held great comedic timing.

Went in to buy new walking boots for both myself and my husband. Served by Robin who gave us a lot of good advice and was very knowledgeable about the boots on sale. He also advised me on how to lace my boots differently so they wouldn't press on a bone spur I have which gets painful if pressed on. Would definitely use them again!

Aran done a fantastic job on my bike. Two new tyres, the guy is very confident, and he knows what he's doing will recommend go outdoors

As ever you guys are superb. I spend a fortune here and everytime I’m looked after with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. Great service today from Mariam, Jay and Lucy.
