The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The patiently helped me kit out my son for a school trip giving great advice. Without exception they were very friendly. The quality of the items was superb and great value for money.

Visited to pick-up a Click-and-Collect. Realised one of the items was incorrect so handed back to staff stating I had no use for it. According to the T&Cs the staff should have offered me an alternative or refund, they did neither. The staff might be friendly but they don't understand either Consumer Law or their company's online T&Cs.

Very friendly staff but not bothering you all the time. Knowledgeable and helpful regarding hiking and climbing. Some competitive prices if you get member card and accepts blue light card. Also has good selection of products including camping items in a tidy spacious store.

Relaxed atmosphere in the shop which makes it pleasant to look at everything and spot things

A young assistant came to help us find a pair of boots in my size, when I asked him about the soles compared to another pair - he said 'I dont know what the difference is " not the best answer - he could of got a more experienced assistant to help us.He just left us to it. We bought some socks and when we got home ( 200 miles home) one sock still had the alarm in it - so thats going to be a trip to another store to remove - not great - slap dash
