The staff in Cardiff didn't want to be there.If it's not on the shelf,we haven't got it and the same at the till.
Good products shame about staff attitude.

I went to Go Outdoors today and was served by a truly knowledgeable and helpful assistant, called Hannah. She found coats, gloves and shoes for me. She gave me confidence in my choice of sizes and was interested in our reasons for buying the goods.
She seemed to be in every department we visited. Always there with a smile and ready to help. The warmest welcome I have ever experienced in Go Outdoors

Took forever for my items to be discovered in the collection zone - which was complete chaos with parcels everywhere - looked like they had just been thrown to the floor and left to pile up. After getting home I unpacked my order and went to put up the table I had bought to find that the poles to connect the table top to the frame were missing!! No doubt they were left in the packaging which was discarded to the floor at the time of collection. I will not be using this company ever again.

Morgan was very helpful finding us the right boots. Informative and personable.

14 days and still no refund. 2 emails sent and still no response. I can safely say i wont use go outdoors again.

Had a great experience at Go Outdoors Cardiff today. Came in looking for fishing equipment and advice, Anthony provided excellent customer service and information. He covered all basics for us and assisted in ensuring we get the proper rigs necessary for what we want. Thank you so much and we’ll be back soon!

Best outdoor shop in Cardiff.
Just bought a fishing set from Anthony, he was incredibly helpful. Spent a lot of time giving us all the info we needed and answered all our questions with knowledge and professionalism.
Will definitely be asking for him again when we inevitably come to buy some more gear. 10/10 service.

Got to mention Morgan G from Cardiff (Newport Road). He was exceptionally knowledgeable and gave me and excellent run down of what I needed for camping with my daughter. Polite, friendly and was great with my 4 year old as well. I came away from the store knowing everything I needed. I've since been back and dropped some £££ based on his recommendations. Thanks Morgan. I know he's saving for a Tentbox type tent, if the powers that be see this perhaps they can help the lad out with this.

Fantastic service. Anthony was extremely experienced, proving really great advice and went out of his way to get the bike ready for us in time for our holiday.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was an extensive range of products under one roof for a one stop shop for all your camping, fishing, cycling and other sporting needs.

Quality is perfect I love it

I returned a tent today which I purchased two weeks ago for £548.97. After booking a holiday and arriving to put the tent up only to find grass everywhere it was soaking wet with mould of which I took photos, tried ringing the shop to hopefully exchange at a shop nearby our holiday location and no answer for hours, after waiting 2 days before my call was answered whilst ringing constantly only to be told I would have to take it back to the shop it was bought from. After taking it back today and explaining and informing them we had to buy pegs as there were not enough with the tent and there were half chewing gum packets in the bedroom areas grass absolutely everywhere I was told the tag for returns must have fell off it. No apologies no courtesy vouchers absolutely nothing. I have spent £768.23 plus another sum to buy a toilet, chemicals, toilet roll in total including the tent in your store and will never return! Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Great fast service for click and collect

Visited Go Outdoors just to look around and get an understanding and ended up coming out with a tent and some accessories for our upcoming first camping trip. All thanks to Mel & Ben's patience and help. I must have asked 100 questions or more and they were always happy to help. Definitely going to Cardiff branch again for my camping needs!

Can’t fault the help from Joe. Brilliant from start to finish the guy knows his stuff. Customer service is on point
