super helpful team
Kayleigh was great super helpful and fast service and found me the perfect pair of hiking sandals.
Lesley was warm engaging and super kind. I left my water bottle and when I came back she had kept it safely behind the till form me.
Overall Lovely service great team. I’m super grateful for all their help

Looking to buy new walking shoes and was served by Amy who was cheerful and very helpful, checking to see if they had my size in the shoe I wanted and explaining the options available when I asked to put the shoes aside. At the counter the Manager was able to confirm my partners Go Outdoors card which allowed me to purchase with membership discount. Great service all round.

Great service - all staff were friendly and helpful but Sarah in footwear was incredibly patient and professional. Large stock and some good prices.

My experience was made exceptionally good today in store by Gav. He was both professional and experienced in his advice and guidance in his advice. He guided me through tent, sleeping bag and accessories advice. His no pressure sales made me feel at ease and comfortable in store. He is a credit to Go Outdoors Carlisle.
