Great store, went in there looking for a tent and spoke to David, he was an absolute legend and super helpful, he gave me all the info I needed and more!
Left with a good tent and some solid advice!

Chris P helped me today in clydebank store despite being in the middle of a task. They immediately helped me find what I was looking for (matress repair patches), got me some (free) spares which came from display stock, checked my understanding of how the product worked and checked if I needed anything else. Thank you

Went there to purchase a tent& they only had the one on display left,so asked a member of staff if I could buy that one on display & could I get a bit of a discount off it, which they said yes,so I would like to thank Lee(a member of staff)for taking down the tent& packing it away in it's bag,he was very helpful as was the other staff.

I want to thank Susan and May for the exemplary service I received when I was returning a pair of waterproof boots which were leaking. I had had them for about 4 months.
Susan was very helpful and patient while I was selecting boots.
May had looked after my goods at the till and given good advice.

We use Clydebank a lot. Always get great customer service and today was no exception. The customer assistant, MAY, was very helpful and checked a price enquiry I had without any bother and served us as if we were the only people in the store although it was quite busy. Items we purchased were great quality and value as always. Another good experience at Clydebank.

Danielle helped me choose the one best suited to my needs.

Susan was extremely helpful and knowledgable in the shoe department. She assisted me to find hiking boots that fit my feet perfectly and gave me tips on how to lace them up in a better way for me. Very impressed and grateful to Susan in the Clydebank store!!

I joined and got a membership for £5 it lasts a year . I went into the store for tent pegs I couldn’t believe the membership prices to the regular prices . They’re were some amazing bargains . If I wasn’t going camping I would have stayed in the store and bought some ladies clothing. I’ll be definitely going back to look again .

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Chris R who I feel went above an beyond to show us how to use our purchase.

Today I had lots of help from 2 very helpful and friendly staff members called Susan and May. Susan took me through a range of jackets explained there purpose and what they are best for! May was a star also, she had her hands full and still took the time to get Susan to help me!

Both served me as I was leaving, big smiles, very nice people. And that always makes a shopping experience that bit better!
