David was an absolute star
David was an absolute star! He explained the different types of camping stoves and showed me how they work. I purchased one which I can't wait to try out!

Full court press for Service
All the staff that helped me on my visit were very freindly amd helpful, even when a product I wanted to buy was unavailable. The found me a suitable trolley and even helped me out to the car and assisted loading it. I cant rate them highly enough. Especially Lee Cross who was exceptionally helpful.

Cycle repair.
Handed my bike in for repair today at clydebank. Was repaired, and back with me within an hour by a knowledgeable, helpful young man.
Great price too, well done Robbie!!!

Click and collect...disaster
Made a click and collect order and i did not receive a text to let me know item was ready. I had to email then wait for response to find out my item was ready for collection!

Robbie was super accommodating with us
Robbie was super accommodating with us; we had a problem with one of our bikes, and while we were travelling in the area, he fixed it in less than 2 minutes and was very nice to us. Thanks again!

Highly recommend visiting this store
Visited the store today to pick up some gear for my son’s Duke of Edinburgh trip. A huge shout out to Ross, who was extremely helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed. Great store and excellent staff!

Perfect shopping experience
A very big ‘thank you’ to Alan who was a great help today when I needed a bit of guidance with choosing new hiking shoes. He was patient, knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel rushed or that he was pushing a sale. Great customer service! 😃 He then helped my partner and we both left with new footwear and very happy.
The lady on the till was also helpful and polite, but I’m afraid I didn’t get her name.
All in all a perfect shopping trip! 😃
