Visited the store with my dad recently to grab some fishing bits, the young man on fishing dept was very friendly and went out of his way to help us find things. Great knowledge on all of the gear where I knew nothing. Thanks!

Great customer service *****
Staff are always friendly.
I shop at Naylors/ Go Outdoors regularly, staff have taken time to get to know me and what I buy… always making sure they help me.
Kate is always smiling, friendly and helpful, and lets me know if there might be any problems getting what I buy (goes above and beyond - thank you).
There are always staff visible and the store is always clean.
Great range of products.

Milly was a super star today
Milly was a super star today. Assisted me with finding the perfect walking boot for a wide foot. She was extremely knowledgeable and asked about budget, which is important to discuss with customers. The best part she was friendly and very patient.

Isaac in fishing is a gem!!
My husband is a keen fisherman, I on the other hand have no clue. Isaac in your fishing dept was so helpful and knowledgeable when I visited to buy gifts for my husbands birthday. Nothing was too much trouble, advice was freely given (but not in a hard sell way) and I walked out not feeling mansplained too in any way. Husband was very happy with his gifts and ill definitely be seeking out Isaac again when with father's day coming up

Difficult Access ♿.
The staff were brilliant, as usual. Unfortunately I will not consider using the store again, certainly not in the near future. I like to buy my fishing supplies and equipment but find the twenty three steps up and down to the upper floor increasingly difficult. The lift has been out of action for too many months now and I am saddened to feel that less able customers are only a minor priority. My thanks again to your helpful and friendly in-store staff.
