I visited the Derby store for the first time to see what they had to offer , on arrival I was pleasantly surprised they had lots to offer .

We have also come home disappointed…
We have also come home disappointed after being served by the same girl with no customer service skills. My partner asked her to check for the tags to be removed from the items. She shrugged him off and said she had done it while carrying on a conversation with her colleague. We have come home to find a security tag still inside the coat.... a 40min drive back to store to get that removed.

Ordering was easy except for some accessories. However went for click and collect at Derby and the staff were very helpful. Got all I need, within 48 hours.

I was returning an item without the receipt. The staff were exceedingly helpful in looking at the transaction at their end. There was some confusion as to whether I was a member or not, but they were quite happy to give me voucher of the same amount of money. You don’t always find customer service so good so hot off to them.
