8 days later, no sign of the order.
I ordered on the 11th July, click and collect. I am now waiting for an email saying my order is ready to collect. No sign of it.

However, you did not receive the email notification to advise this. We understand this meant you were unaware that your order was ready, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Andy was absolutely superb (Fishing, Derby store). We came in for equipment for our son who wanted to start fishing and he talked us through everything and gave us superb advice. The Derby store was well laid out
The Derby store was well laid out. Easy to find specific activity clothing. Plenty of room inbetween sections to look without being crowded by other shoppers. Lots of parking too. After making two great purchases, Liam on the checkout was helpful, cheerful and made our whole experience very good. We will definitely be back.

Great service
Andy, in the fishing section was fantastic. Spotted me unsure amongst the rods and came and knowledgeably answered all my questions. Fixed a rod i wanted that was seized in the heat and was just generally great!

What a miserable bunch of staff
What a miserable bunch of staff. Visited today, 12 people queuing at the till, no urgency to get extra staff on the tills. 5 staff nearby obviously not interested in customer service. It will be a while before I visit again. What happened to service with a smile?

We went to Go Outdoors to find a sleeping bag for our son to do the Duke of Edinburgh expedition. Kay & Millie were very helpful and explained the members discount and blue light card discount which made a big difference to the price and savings.

My friend and I were served by Ally today in the equestrian department . She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was also very friendly and made our visit a very pleasant and relaxed one . We came away very satisfied with our purchases .

The Derby store is conveniently located…
The Derby store is conveniently located at the old Toysrus store in Wyvern with plenty of parking. It is well stocked and things are easy to find. My daughter has a long shopping list for DofE and we can find everything within 40 minutes. Liam is extremely helpful and deserved a praise. Will definitely visit again.
