GO Outdoors - Harlow Opiniones 

I recently visited the GO Outdoors store in Harlow and was disappointed to find that the fishing equipment section was not adequately stocked. I have come to expect this location to be replenished regularly, so this was quite unexpected. Unfortunately, the lack of available equipment impacted my planned fishing trip.

That said, I would like to commend a staff member named Maddie, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I sincerely hope that on my next visit, the fishing section will be fully restocked, as it has been in the past.

Dee was fantastic. I used to have a membership, but wasn’t sure if it was valid anymore. She did a search for me and then made a new membership as mine expired. We even had a few laughs. Fantastic.

Went to buy rucksack and boots for DofE today, we got Quest boots and Osprey backpack, and got great service from Tamzin. Great products and great advice. She made our life really easy, nothing was too much trouble.

Dave in the Harlow store was extremely helpful and very patient and successfully found me a pair of walking boots. Thank you Dave

We found a tent we really liked but couldn’t find it , we spoke with Jamie who was extremely helpful he searched high and low and eventually found 1 for us he was very determined to make our day , thankyou Jamie 10/10

Found just what I was looking for but stock levels were low & it took a bit longer for order to be filled, nether the less it arrived & I'm very happy with my purchase. On a recent trip to the Harlow store we purchased a tent & accessories , the staff were knowledgable & very helpful!

Fantastic experience today at Go Outdoors Harlow. Would like to say a big big THANK YOU to Macey & Warren who made my experience that much better. Macey patience to show me around the store to find the items I needed and to help others to in such a professional way was brilliant to see. Macey’s knowledge was outstanding of the items I was looking for and she found help for me from another member of staff if there was something she didn’t know. Thank you it was lovely to meet you Macey. You were a massive help. Also a big thank you to Warren for his help at the cash point for helping me sign up to the discount card and helping me carry my items to the van. Warren was very friendly and happy to help without me asking him. Cheers Warren. Go Outdoors you have great staff and I hope these 2 members get rewarded for their fantastic service. There a credit to you team. I’ll be back again because of the great service.

Conner helped us today in purchasing everything we needed for my son’s King Scout trip he was extremely knowledgeable of the products

Never got an update on my order or email its ready for collection (yes it did check the spam folder), part of my order got canceled, got email and refund, went to the store next day and they had 30 pieces in stock. Bought it straight away. Week later i went in again as still hadn't received an email if ready for pick up. It was ready for pick up. Lady hand me the order and I notice there are items missing. She had to call manager to investigate to find out it was split into 2 orders. If I hadn't check I would never receive it. If I didnt show up without email confirmation its ready to pick up I would have never get my order either. Shocking experience. What could go wrong , went wrong. Not happy at all.

Mick was fantastic! As total beginners, he patiently helped us pick the perfect affordable, high-quality fishing gear and showed us exactly how to use it. He also gave great advice on the best local spots. A true expert salesman and fisherman — our first trip was a success and the kids caught two fish- thanks to him. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service - picked up a great bike, Paul was very friendly, knowledge and patient as we debated two options. Tamsin was also very helpful

Maddie helped us get some walking boots for silver DofE. She was fab. Got at least 5 different pairs out so my daughter could try different brands. Nothing was too much hassle. Found the perfect pair!

Always have a good experience at this store - staff are always helpful and knowledgeable without any “hard sell”. Special thanks today to Tamzin & Macey who were endlessly patient and friendly.

The staff helped me immediately when I asked for help in finding the items I needed and helped me make the best choice. The check out was speedy and polite. Great experience

Excellent customer care - well done Warren and Conner

Warren jack was amazing he helped us find what we needed and helped out a lot.

Stopped by to pick up some items for this weekend and picked up a tarp.

Got to the till and the price on the till was different to the shelf. Jack and Tamzin were great, they double checked the shelf and the item. The tarp/product had been updated/improved and also had a new price, but the ticket hadn’t been changed.

Tamzin was unable to override the price to the shelf price, as it is a different product but gave me a 20% discount on the item as a way of compromise, very much appreciated as it was near to the price I had seen on the shelf ticket.

Really helpful staff on both visits.
