Excellent product knowledge
I asked for help to choose the best walking boots and Emma was Brilliant. What she had was product knowledge which really impressed me as I have only received such service abroad where staff are properly trained!
I think it was Jackie on the till who was very personable and helpful. Well done to the both of you.

ski gear purchase very poor experience
purchased large amount of ski gear .
struggled to get any advice from instore staff and eventually got what I thought as a experienced skier poor advice. the expereince was made even more frustrating securiy ink tag wa left on. luckily I noticed very diapoinnting experience and uneccessary trip to get tag removed . staff were disinterested when when I pointed out how annoying this was

I had to return my walking boots…
I had to return my walking boots as they had a fault. Dani and Matt were superb in helping me exchange them and find an alternative pair. Great service as always from this store and special thanks to Dani for her patience in finding me a pair of great alternative boots.

Good old fashioned customer service!
Good old fashioned customer service. I was buying some walking boots and a very helpful assistant called Denise talked me through my options.
It was lovely that i could take my dog in the store.

Great Customer Service
We received great customer service in the Ipswich store from both of the staff members who helped us. These were Denise and Nicole who were excellent with great customer focus. This inturn made our purchases much easier than might have been. Thank you to both.

Waterproof Coats
Denise was so helpful when I was overwhelmed with the options available for waterproof coats. I came away with a lovely gortex coat, boots and new walking trousers!!! Also Dani on the till was extremely helpful. A very nice morning spent in the store!
