I wanted to buy a few items from different departments
I wanted to buy a few items from different departments it was fantastic that there were plenty of staff around to assist even tho they were busy putting my stock out it was refreshing to have pleasant conversations while walking through the departments. Dave at the till was particularly helpful with my loyalty card he explained everything so clearly and the benefits of the discounts. I shop here from time to time and have to say it always is top class service.

Great experience today after going in to take a look at some walking shoes. I was helped by a lovely lady called Angie who guided me towards the best fit for what I needed the shoes for. She was excellent and extremely helpful.

I had a fantastic experience with Andrea at Go Outdoors in Kidderminster. She was incredibly helpful, engaging, and very knowledgeable. From the initial assistance through to purchasing my ideal boots, nothing was too much trouble. She was professional throughout and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
