Angie served us today and assisted my son to find the right walking boots we were spending a lot of money and she made sure to give us the right advice to get it absolutely right. She was friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable she even told him how to lace them for the most effective fit. She encouraged him to use them in the shop, on the in-store bridge as well as trying them at home to make sure they were perfect. She explained how to care for the boots and we bought some wax she also advised on the socks but there was no pressure on buying them which I really liked. She suggested writing to a company and explaining about a different pair of boots we’d bought fairly recently and that hadn’t lasted well, which I hadn’t thought to do. An altogether brilliant experience and we are very grateful. I hope Angie is recognised as being an outstanding member of staff, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone going to see her. Thanks again Angie.

A really lovely customer experience today at this store. Two shout outs to Edric and Blessem.

Edric was very helpful in giving advice about walking shoes for my children. Could clearly tell he had subject knowledge and was also happy to check on what sizes were available.

Blessem was very professional and welcoming on the till. She helped kindly explain what the loyalty card was and how we would benefit from it.

All round excellent!

We were served by Tracy who was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We were looking for riding hats and she fitted us with the right brand and size.

Telephoned a chance you have in stock Tracy searched for it for me and put bye for a collection. To save me wasting fuel. On a 10 mile journey. Very good service well done

I purchased a pair of Merrell waterproof walking shoes at the Kidderminster branch on 19th October. I was served by Andrea who was extremely helpful and pleasant. Despite the fact she was busy serving other customers she ensured my questions were answered and enabled me to make the correct decision regarding my purchase.
I will definitely visit this store again as a result.

I highly recommend going to this store. Matt from the footwear section was absolutely superb. I'd been made to feel a total burden in another store when asking to try on boots. Matt was immediately friendly, patient, swift, made me feel welcome, and that no request was too much. As someone who worked retail for 20+ years, he is exactly the person you would want in your team. Julie at the till point, was equally friendly and pleasant, and the whole experience was night and day from the other store I had gone to. Thanks Matt! 5-star service with a super smile.

Graham is the best member of staff for the fishing department.. always a pleasure to see on a Sunday.. happy and friendly gentleman..

LYNN was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to my purchase of a Diawa carp rod. Knows about carp fishing, local fishing venues and gave me tips on baits. I'll look out for Lynn next time I visit.

Visited the Kidderminster store to buy a waterproof coat. Staff were very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of the clothing range with some great advice. Would highly recommend.
