Fab store
Fab store, nicely laid out and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and gave us the time to browse whilst also offering assistance - Jamie was especially helpful with the rucksack fitting.

Great Service
We received superb service from Charlene who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Must also mention the young man at the checkout who was also a credit to the company.

I renewed my membership again after…
I renewed my membership again after your system lost it after renewing it earlier this year. I made a purchase on 24/09 2025 using the new card. I went in and asked about my membership today and they couldn't find it. It happens every time I go in causing a great deal of stress.

Kayleigh was very helpful and friendly, despite the store being short staffed at time of visit. She objectively pointed out pluses and minuses of walking shoe/boot options. She was so good I bought 2 pairs 😊

We had a lovely experience at Go…
We had a lovely experience at Go Outdoors in Launceston. Linzi the Customer Sales lady was SO helpful. She guided us to the app and showed us what discounts were available. Her manner was lovely, as was the lady who also was working. We loved our 3 little beach chairs that we got at a discounted price. This wasn’t our usual store as we were on holiday, but if Go Outdoors could put a Linzi in every store they would certainly retain their Customers. A++++++++ please note the date of the visit to the store is an approximation.
