Bought a pair of black Craghopper lightweights, a new product because they were lined so warmer for winter wear. Helpful, polite sales assistant showed me to a cubicle to try them on. Good fit so I bought them and found our Outdoors card needed renewing. Sales girl renewed our membership and gave us a new card and a key fob one with it. Worth renewing because it saved me £25.

Good price especially when you join the club.
Staff member Steph was very helpful, not pushy and very knowledgable.

I’ve been building up my long distance camping gear set, and Steph & Jenny have been a fantastic help in advising me on kit, giving me feedback from other buyers and getting the most out of my purchase. Absolutely great customer service!

I visited the store a couple of weeks ago and was attended to by Katie. I had recently fractured my ankle in 3 places and had 3 plates screwed across the bones. It was essential to get well fitting, supportive, comfortable footwear. Katie provided excellent service, listened to what my requirements were and helped find suitable footwear. It was explained that I could wear them inside for a couple of weeks plus and return them if they proved to be unsuitable. Excellent customer service. I later ordered a second pair of boots on line, delivered to store where I was advised (again by Katie) that if unsuitable she would immediately organize a refund. Again - excellent customer service. I have nothing but praise for both the systems in place to aid customer satisfaction and the staff who are friendly, professional and extremely understanding and patient - Katie in particular. I would highly recommend this company for it's policies and staff at Leek store for their customer service.

Bought some boots and other camping equipment. Shelagh was very helpful with the boot options and was able to provide me with her own personal experience in a couple of the boot choices. Very helpful staff and not just there to serve customers. A great shop

I make education bags up for a charity and regularly buy rucksacks. The lovely staff at Leek are so kind and give an extra discount. Thank you so much. The rucksacks are just the job.

I went into go outdoors because I needed sturdy footwear for hiking and I wasn’t too sure what to get. The team at go outdoors were super knowledgeable! They allowed me to walk around wearing the boots to ensure comfort, and they took time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was served by Jenny, which she was very helpful and understanding, and she also explained the pros and cons for the boots in different weather conditions which I very much appreciated as it helped me massively. Overall I was very impressed with my experience in go outdoors- leek and would recommend!!

Went in for a new camping chair for the van and some cotton walking socks … left with a camping chair and 2 pairs of walking socks !!!
Rory was extremely patient and erected the chair he was knowledgeable on all those available and helped me make a perfect decision ☺️
