Great merchandise and staff
Alfie made my experience at the store great.

I was served by a polite and smiley member of staff. She even had to tell me that my Go Outdoors card had expired but then got me Blue Light discount and explained she always asks, but that it isn't available on all products. Her name was Afsah.

Top service from Charlie & Alfie
Alfie & Charlie W were both really helpful and friendly. As beginners, we weren’t totally sure what we needed, but they gave us great recommendations and made everything feel a lot less overwhelming.
They also went the extra mile and packed everything up nicely for us, which we really appreciated. Cannot wait for a big hike this weekend! Proper good service all round – will definitely be back. Thanks guys!

The 3 star rating relates totally to the quality of the shoes I bought. Go Outdoors is certainly not somewhere you would go because of the Customer service which seems to be an alien concept to the staff who “served” me.

I visited the Arndale store because…I saw a pair of trainers out of stock online.
I visited the Arndale store because they have a great footwear selection. I had seen a pair of trainers on the website out of stock. When I was in the store I was in the store I was supported by Jane. The shoes were no longer on display as in clearance but she reached out to different colleagues and between them I was lucky enough to get a pair in the size needed. This was such a positive visit with an excellent customer experience. Thank you Jane and the Arndale team x

Charlie at Go Outdoors was very happy…
Charlie at Go Outdoors was very happy to help with purchasing a Tilley hat and a running top. He gave us all the relevant information to make right choices for the two items and the best price. Charlie was friendly and chatty which made the shopping experience all the more enjoyable. I would shop again at the Manchester Arndale store.
