Bought a tent but decided to return & purchase a different one having not removed from bag. Returned tent checked by staff but was found used. This means it has been returned previously to Norwich store unchecked & put back in stock to sell. Go Outdoors wouldn't refund as it was used.

Excellent customer service from Ed. His advice when we were looking at buying a tent was first class. Not only did we buy a tent and the bundle that went with it but bought a much better tent.

Great customer service!
Today we went into Go Outdoors in Norwich to purchase a pair of walking shoes for me, and to look at camping tables and chairs.
Declan was so helpful in the shoes department - full of practical advice, lots of patience and found the pair that suited all my requirements. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars for Declan.
Then we moved on to the camping tables and chairs, and Ed couldn’t be more helpful. Had a tape measure, got tables off the shelf and assembled them. Again 10 out of 10 and five stars to Ed.
Both staff deserve praise!
