Staff were friendly and polite, they helped me find what I was looking for with clear instructions. I bought a sale item and the discount didn't register properly but the cashier quickly changed it so it was correct.

Helpful staff
Laura was really helpful giving advice when choosing a suitable waterproof coat. She knew about each one and checked the stockroom for other sizes. I would give her a 5* review. The 4* is for the shop as it doesn’t seem to have as much stock as previously.

The team are always responsive and helpful. They are warm and friendly. They know their stuff and give advice if asked. They interact with people very respectfully in terms of personal space I notice too eg showing how to fit a ruck sac to your own frame. Thank you.
