Lovely store and team
Great support from the team on Sunday afternoon — knowledgeable and supportive. It was my first visit to the store and layout is a little daunting at first. We quickly learned how to navigate it though and there were plenty of staff members looking for opportunities to help.

We visited Go Outdoors in Oxford on 11 th November. We were served by Luke and Billy in the footwear department. They were charming, efficient and knowledgeable, getting boots quickly and ensuring the fit was good.

Campervan adventures
I have just brought my very first campervan and popped to go outdoors to gather some bits and wow there is a lot to choose from. A lovely lady Laura was able guide me and show me some essentials that I may need for my new adventures! Thank you Laura you made my life alot easier!

Exchange of leaky walking boots
I bought a pair of Merrill walking boots at the end of last year in Go Outdoors that split at the soles and making both my feet wet. I asked if I could exchange them and I was helped by Louis and Lucy who were both very cheerful in the face of the till not making this job very easy for them plus the fact I should have cleaned the boots prior to returning them to the shop! They were very kind and helped me to quickly find a replacement. Excellent service from Go Outdoors and especially from Louis and Lucy. Thank you very much 😊
