The staff was so great and helpful. This shop has everything I need for a fun little adventure outdoors. I purchased my bike equipment from this shop last year and it’s been my go to since.

Really helpful staff, I had help trying on rucksacks from a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member who helped me adjust and fit a perfect fit. Helped by Steve at the checkout with our price match query.

I needed a new pair of walking boots…
I needed a new pair of walking boots and with such a serious amount of choice on offer I asked for help from Wes. Wes listened to my priorities, understood what was required and gave me a selection to choose from. He gave advice on fit, comfort and suggested that I use the walking ramp to check how they felt when simulating a downhill section of a walk. I now have a great pair of boots.
I also bought a pair of gaters and a great value fleece.
All in all a great experience and excellent customer service.

Excellent Customer Service
The whole team there, but in particular Paul, we’re extremely sympathetic and helpful in replacing sleeping bag that I’d bought online click and collect through another store. On opening it I found it had been previously used and was soiled. They replaced it without quibbles and gave me a partial refund to reflect to inconvenience caused. Paul and the team there couldn’t possibly have done more to make amends. Vy grateful, thanks

Problem tesolved
There was a problem with my membership card - that I renewed yesterday. The person who sorted it out (Tomas) was amazing and on top of that the shoes that I’d been trying to buy online had come into stock. Fantastic.

Paul and Liam were really helpful in suggesting the best value and quality walking shoes and socks, and helping us apply the discounts we are entitled to as camping & caravanning club members.
