I went in looking for new walking boots and some other kit. Elspeth was great and helped me through the whole process making great recommendations. Then Megan helped us renew our membership!

Great knowledge and service
Went with the family to look at getting a new tent. Our Freecycle one has done the job of converting us to camping, but was too small. We didn't know what we wanted or what was best. We were looking around, going from tent to tent. Such an impressive selection to see and walk around. A member of staff approached us and asked if we needed help. Matt went through the options with us. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, it took a lot of the stress of making a decision out of the equation. That was our first ever trip and we have been back twice since because of the great service. Would recommend this store.

Alex and Nana above and beyond helpful and friendly.
The staff at the Plymouth store were exceptional. Alex was very helpful and friendly, he brought boats promptly for me to try. Nana, on the checkout, was very friendly and also very helpful. Thank you both Alex and Nana for your help and friendly attitude, it made simply buying boats and absolute pleasure.

Camille is an asset to the company. I Popped in to get some boots and sunnies. Camille was helping 3 people including myself, 2 of us on shoes and an elderly couple trying to work out the trouser hanger. Camille made us all feel incredibly welcome and created an experience with her obvious knowledge in product and expertise in customer service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Whilst looking for a waterproof jacket, we were approached by Staff member Suzanne , who helped us check waterproof details and fit.
This then helped confirm I was making the right choice. She was very polite and friendly and knew about that particular Rab jacket .
