My walking shoe dilemma finally solved.
I was looking for a pair of walking shoes and Matt was very quick to approach me when he realised that I needed some assistance. He was very polite and knowledgeable and helped me decide on the right footwear. I had visited numerous stores that day and I have to say it was nice to finally find such a helpful and professional member of staff.

Great shopping experience
I was served by Matt today in the Plymouth city Go Outdoors Express store. He engaged with me as soon as he noticed I was looking at hold-all bags and assisted with my purchase of boot bags too. Really friendly chap and a nice change to be served by someone proactive and helpful too.

I was served by Matt, he was brilliant, he made the whole shopping experience comfortable and efficient. He helped me with picking out work boots along with additional gear. His customer service was exceptional, 10/10 would shop there and he served by Matt again.
