Phil was extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful when helping us find the right thing for the job when they were out of stock of what we originally wanted to buy. He found us a lovely tent and also showed us how to set it up well. He was extremely patient and happy to help with any queries that we had. One of the most welcoming shops that I’ve been it for a long time. A most pleasant shopping experience.

Location of shop suits an easy shopping experience , large car park , helpful and familiar staff , very easy store to browse and buy from . I have never been there when it has been too busy and uncomfortable just always pleasant . Our preferred place to try and buy with willing and expert help .

Dewi served us today when we were looking for a sleeping mat. He was friendly, informative, very patient and keen to demonstrate our options.

Our experience was amazing! Tyler gave us plenty of unrushed time, sharing his expertise of the product and being very honest. Couldn't have asked for someone more helpful! Service was great and I am excited to use it products... Thank you!

Spoke with Tyler, absolutely amazing person, very detailed, very informative and really polite. Explained and went above and beyond to find us what we needed as the tent we bought from somewhere else has broken on first use on the first day of camping so we had to go and buy a new tent. He didint make us feel like we were wasting his time and took his time explaining everything. Tyler even called us back with informative he said he would provide as he was off ill when we returned to the store to speak with him so he called us on his return. Very pleased with the service we was given. Highly recommend go outdoors and Highly recommend speaking with Tyler. A side note all staff in there was polite when spoken to.

What made my experience great was the employee named Tyler very helpful and fast couldn’t ask for a better customer service 10/10

Went in at the weekend with the fam. Store was absolutely booming but the staff were relaxed and found the time to help everyone who needed it. Big shoutout to Tyler who helped me at the till- was struggling to get signal to access my blue light card but he helped me get it sorted. Really great staff!

Tyler was very helpful in my paddleboard search. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and paitient with all my questions, he went above and beond to source the right paddleboard for me, unfortunatley they didn't have it in stock and called 2 other shops in the area and got it reserved for me to collect later that day in Caernarfon. I'm a returning customer for a reason and thats because I always have great service at all Go Outdoors shops.

Alfie was patient, thoughtful about details and had great advice.

We came in to buy walking boots for our kids. Tyler was so helpful and patient despite the shop being very busy. He took time to check the fittings and offered helpful advice. We had to try lots of boots and eventually found perfect pairs. Thank you Tyler!
