I was looking for a dry robe, but wasn’t sure what size to get. The assistant “Joe” was very helpful, advised me on what size and even helped me decide what colour to go for. I will definitely go to GoOutdoors again, next time I am in Skipton. Thank you Joe, I love my new coat.

We went in for some waterproof walking…
We went in for some waterproof walking boots for our son. Joseph was very helpful in our purchase because he explained which ones would be good and he did not try to sell us the most expensive. We got what we needed . Would definitely go back .

I needed some walking equipment…
I needed some walking equipment recently in a bit of a hurry - and unexpectedly! Chloe could not have been more helpful. She was able to give me all advice I needed and I left equipped (and already dressed in my new gear!) and very happy. She is an absolute asset to your store and a complete star! Thank you Chloe.

We needed walking shoes and walking…
We needed walking shoes and walking trousers for our 12-year old, so we could hit the Dales and Malham whilst on holiday. Miranda was very attentive, knew her stock and suggested options without spending too much knowing our son is in adult sized shoes and still growing. We left with everything we needed in one shop.
