Positive experience
The staff were very helpful explained prices and offers clearly for members and non members. I asked if could used blue light card for my purchase of a raincoat and was told I could. Will be coming back again in near future.

Excellent pleasant service
When I returned 2 new camping chairs to our local Go Outdoors to ask to exchange them for different models, the store manager who served me was incredibly helpful and obliging. He went above & beyond in efficiently processing the exchange and nothing was too much trouble for him. A real knowledgeable and professional asset to your company. Thank you for such great and pleasant service.

Excellent experience
What a visit I had to go outdoors on Friday 10th March. I was looking for warm accessories. The customer service I got from staff, especially from Megan was exceptional. Could not have been nicer and so very helpful. I was a very satisfied customer and will definitely be going to shop there again soon. 5 star service. Thank you Megan
