Bought and paid for 2 Aug ready for pick up 1502 went in shop at 1455 told not ready may be getting pick now so wandering round big cage full of chairs and lots of BBQ on shelves waited till 1520 still no stuff so left went back on Monday to ask told coming from main warehouse so questioned why is shop full of products answer don’t know then email saying BBQ had been cancelled and refunded still no chairs so went in shop to ask a week later there where chairs and loads of BBQs on shelves would appear chairs arrived on 7/8 I did not get a email click and collect is not working

Helen did a gait analysis for me today and was extremely patient and helpful in helping me purchase my running shoes. Thank you.

First time I've done this but I found items at home online and "Find in Store" at The Stockton store. I wrote down the details of the products, and with my health not being great at the minute, I had the help of the Wonderful Georgia on clothing, who found everything I needed very efficiently. We bought a couple of other items whereby another 2 staff Abbie and Demi on the tills were very helpful and pleasant. All 3 of these staff are a credit to your store team. They certainly have made me want to tell people how great and easy my experience was. Thank you very much

I visited Go Outdoors Stockton branch for a pair of walking shoes. I was able to browse without any pressure and make my selection after checking for comfort and fit. I proceeded to the check out with my item and was served by Karen a very helpful competent and jolly member of staff. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Bought my first tent and the help was great, the amount of things I did not know that made me change my mind but so helpful to make sure we enjoy our experience.

Lovely store, well laid out & the staff were really lovely & helpful. Claire was great & helped us out sorting the membership too. So much cheaper than other camping/outdoors shops we usually go to.

One small mistake on the hanger for the size of the item we purchased.

I mainly buy things from the store, but order online when not in stock. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The reason for the lower rating is because I recently placed an order to be delivered to our local store and after 9 days I hadn’t received a notification of the delivery - I rang the store to seek help about this, and the item had been ready for collection. I mentioned to the helpful member of staff that I wasn’t notified when it had arrived and she informed me that they no longer send an email to say orders are ready for collection- customers need to log in to ‘Shop’ - which I am not familiar with. I cannot remember seeing this when I placed my order. This was very frustrating especially as I needed a quick delivery. I have made many expensive purchases from the store since it opened and haven’t had any problems before - I would just prefer a notification email. Otherwise I would still recommend Go Outdoors - 5*
