Helpful and friendly
Very helpful and friendly advice from Rod at the Tunbridge Wells store. I had confidence in his product knowledge and decided to buy the item, a camping stove.

Great knowledge and service
I needed new walking boots and my husband needed new hiking shoes/trainers
The young male sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and we purchased a pair of Scarpa footwear each.
So great to actually receive good customer service with product knowledge and politeness.
