Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service, received a call from my granddaughter, stuck in Italy with a delayed flight. Going straight off to a festival tomorrow in Cheshire, seen the UK weather so needed wellingtons, waterproof jacket & trousers but wouldn’t be home in time to get to GoOutdoors. I’m almost 80 so didn’t know where to begin as camping not my thing !! The 4 members of staff I spoke to were SOOOO….helpful, super efficient, a real credit to the company. I got everything on my granddaughter’s list, thank you GoCamping, what a set of superstars !!!

Great experiece at this store
Great experiece at this store. All staff were friendly and helpful - from choosing my new salomon hiking boots, which are comfy and perfect 👌 to purchasing them at the cashier were Mandie was helpful and patient and even reminded me I have a blue card light (which I always forget 🫣 ) thus helping me to save some money. I attended the wakefield store today in order to purchase stocks for the rough sleeper team in Wakefield. i was served by Dee and Emma. both ladies were incredibly helpful and gave me a little extra discount to help our budget stretch further and help more people.

I visited your store on 6 Aug for some…
I visited your store on 6 Aug for some insoles for my walking boots. The insoles were very high up on the shelf and I couldn’t reach them. Rob in footwear was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right pair. Top marks to him - I would have gone home without buying anything if it hadn’t been for his help.

The staff, especially Ruth was very helpful and polite. Ruth helped us find what we came in for.

Lead time for order fulfilment at ten days is longer than market standard. When I collected the item, the stores EPOS systems were down...but the staff rallied to pick my order. Competitive price and happy with product.
