Bought a new children’s bike
Bought a new children’s bike. Phil was great both on the phone and when collecting the bike in store.
Everything explained really well and the 6 week safety check was the same.

Visited to buy new walking trainers, special thanks to Branch Manager, Barry for his great help regarding some questions about the pricing of a pair I had chosen. Barry was really helpful, checked all the details and agreed to price match the same pair online elsewhere. I shop at this store regularly and Barry is always approachable, friendly and helpful, cheers.

Go outdoors is our go to.
Go outdoors is our families go to for so many things. Including birthdays and Xmas gifts for our outdoorsy friends. On the rare occasion an item hasn’t been suitable the staff at outdoors make everything so easy for refunding or exchanging. Always professional and most of all with a smile . Thankyou.

Picked up a new bicycle and really impressed with the service from purchase to collection from Phil in the bike department. So knowledgeable and passionate about cycling. Spent an hour going through the handover to make sure I was leaving with no questions unanswered.

Had a wonderful experience today at the warrington store I couldn't find my receipt for a coat i purchased in December which was faulty but a really caring staff member was able to find it on the store computer and arranged a exchange.
