Great selection of coats my wife and myself were looking for, both got exactly what we wanted with a huge 30% off.

Convenient and well stocked store, however two male members of staff are rather miserable. One was particularly abrupt when serving.

I'd ordered a fleece on line that arrived on time but I'd ordered the wrong size. Had the right size delivered to the Warrington express store. They exchanged the top I didn't want with no fuss.
It was great service and I was quickly on my way.

I went in and asked a staff member…
I went in and asked a staff member there about price match on a cadac stove. After 20 minutes she refused it as was unable to find the online store's vat number. Literally went out of her way to prevent my purchase

Best place to buy outdoor footwear
Best place to buy outdoor footwear. The young lad in there was the most knowledgeable person and had the most patience and gave the best customer service ive ever experienced. He was friendly, helpful, patient, high level of knowledge and He's a credit to the store and should be recognised for his fantastic work.

Awful shopping experience with misleading pricing!!!!
Awful shopping experience!!!!. Yesterday I purchased two T shirts that I believed to be 2 for £25 according to the price tag, which seemed a good deal. When I got to the till I was told haughtily by the cashier that the signage is quite clear and the deal for the T shirts only applies if you had a membership card otherwise they were £36 for 2. She added the membership card costs an additional £5, I remarked that I was not stupid & I felt the signage had been misleading and misrepresented the cost. I went to look at the sign as wanted to photograph it with a view to sending it to the trading standards team. As I was taking a photo i was approached by a bruiser of a manager who asked was there a problem. I said i was taking a photo as i felt their signage had misrepresented the actual cost of the purchase. He abruptly said we are compliant with trading standards, and I overheard how you spoke to my member of staff.
I replied that i had merely said i would take a photo as found the signage misleading.
He continued to argue with me, at one point he looked really angry, in the end I said I was not well enough for all this hassle" and only wanted to buy the t shirts"
His manner was curt, dismissive, argumentative and abrupt....& I certainly did not feel like a valued customer. I was totally shocked & disappointed by the experience which has really upset me....
