GO Outdoors - Wigan Opiniones 

Made an order on the 2nd April, expected delivery was the 8th we are now on the 11th April and still not been delivered to store rang up several times to be told they are unsure and to keep ringing back. This item was a gift and resulted in having to go a purchase another one as didn’t receive in time.

Staff were helpful in looking for updates but weren’t able to help in finding out when!

I visited the Wigan Store Fri 10/04 visiting the camping/poles section of the store.
Paul assisted me with my enquiry, with professionalism, was approachable and had excellent knowledge of products.
He made my visit a less stressful experience in assisting to find the products I needed.

I was using the UPS access point and had an issue with my information. Mandi was really helpful in getting it resolved.

Always come here, very chilled out experience but if you need the staff they are falling over themselves to make sure you get exactly what you want. I needed some camping equipment and things like tuck removers, I'd probably have spent ages searching about but it was done and dusted in 5 minutes. Got everything I wanted and pardon the pub) happy camper!! Sue I think it was, really nice lady advised me about some other things I'll probably come back and get too before my trip. Thumbs up!

Visited the Wigan store not long ago and got shown around the footwear by Mandi as I was struggling with what’s best for me. Excellent knowledge of the products and super friendly. Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy new gear in particular footwear!!

Needed a new pair of hiking boots for my wife, so spoke with Mandi at the Wigan Branch, hiking boots area.
Mandi was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She brought out numerous pairs and sizes of boots to help us find the exact pair we needed. Mandi also showed us the best way to set up putting on the boots and lacing them to get the best foot position for trying them for size and before setting out for a walk.
My wife has arthritis in her toes and needs a particular wide toebox area with a light, waterproof lining.
She chose the Scarpa Terra Gore Tex ladies boots as they were a perfect fit.
Mandi also suggested walking around indoors when we got home with the new boots on, rather than just setting out on a long hike before they wear in a bit.
Great advice and great service, thanks Mandi, we'll be back to buy new boots next time we need them :)

Good service - had a complex issue to resolve the lady on the till was extremely helpful and dealt with it efficiently. This involved a refund which was actioned within 3 days quickest I have ever experienced

Really slow delivery. Items arrived at the store 3 days ago but still no confirmation to collect. Poor updates

Wigan Go Outdoors is a large store with immense choice, high quality products, great value, serviced by professional and friendly staff, including the helpful John working at the footwear section today and the counter staff too. Always impressed with this store and highly recommended for all outdoor products. Many thanks!

Would have been 5 star if the new IT system worked properly-I had to order at full price then pursue the Membership Discount via the customer service team
