Store Pick Up
I was served by Sally who was training an assistant but was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I had ordered some shoes online, the communication by text about my order was excellent and the shoes were waiting for me as planned.
I will be using Go Outdoors York again.

Delphi was very helpful and polite

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. Partner bought some expensive boots for Kenya. They lasted two days and fell apart. He tried to email the company to get a refund or a new pair of boots and heard nothing back for 3 weeks so I called they said unfortunately they need to be sent off to be inspected however he’s in Kenya for the next three months now without any boots. Costumer services were not helpful at all

Fixed my bike nicely
Came in with some bike issues and Thomas sorted me out wonderfully. Showed me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it, lovely service and really went out of his way to help. Always appreciated.

I received some great advice from Robin on what to purchase for a return to fishing after many years. Very knowledgeable and personable he really helped me find what I was looking for at reasonable prices so that I can take my lad fishing when we go on holiday.

Hiking Shoes
Assisted by the very knowledgeable Sam, my wife and I tried a variety of sturdy hiking shoes for a forthcoming walking holiday. The store had all of the leading shoe manufacturers to choose from and try. We've bought so much outdoor kit from GO Outdoors York over the years. Looking forward to their move to new bigger premises later this year.
