Unsolicited spam to multiple email addresses daily

We have received so much spam from them. I have blocked 5 separate domains: gorgias.io, gorgiasai.io, gorgiasautomate.support, gorgiasaicxhelp.com, usegorgias-tech.com. Interestingly, they haven't emails from gorgias.com, likely to preserve SEO rankings.
There is no means to get off their mailing list. If this is the way they treat supporting customers then they don't know what customer support is.

EDIT: Since I posted this yesterday, I've blocked gorgiasagent.net, usegorgiasautomate.co and gorgiasconnect.org

Unstable & Unreliable

We have been using Gorgias for over a year, and our experience has been extremely frustrating.

If you operate Shopify with a third-party ERP, the integration is unreliable and creates ongoing operational challenges. We have experienced significant syncing issues that directly impact customer experience.

Support has been disappointing. Responses often lack clarity or resolution, and we’ve received explanations that don’t fully address the issue. In one instance, folders were randomly deleted. We were initially told the deletion was done by an admin user (me), but when support reviewed the account, they acknowledged it wasn’t. The ticket was ultimately closed without a clear explanation or resolution, and we are still without closure a month later.

We’ve also encountered instability within the platform itself. Features have appeared and disappeared without warning. We have had folders vanish. Most concerning, the AI/bot has sent incorrect responses to customers, closed tickets without proper replies, or failed to respond entirely—resulting in customer complaints about lack of follow-up.

For a CX platform, reliability and accountability are critical. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of that standard.

We struggle with your spam mails. And I've been telling you in the past already to stop flooding our inbox with your spam.

This should be reported and banned from Shopify, seriously.

Honestly, these scam mails should make every business aware and make them not want to use this service at all.

nonexistent support. Very limited features in the support software. The ux is not very well organised and basic things like internal chat between collegues is missing. you cant even make a note on customer if needed. The view filtering is useless. Close.com, Zendesk and hubspot is much better than this. Software seems very very simple and made by people who are not in support themselve or sales.

They shut down our helpdesk subscription despite repeated attempts to reach them.

They’ll chase you to sign up, then vanish the moment you need actual help.

Huge lack of support or consideration for customers

We signed up for a trial, entered all our details and then couldn´t access the system. We´ve tried to contact them but they are never actually available on the Live Chat feature of their website and you are lucky to get a reply. Emailed Monday lunch, responded Tuesday afternoon not answering my question and have had no updated AT ALL since depsite me sending another 5 email as it was so urgent to get this sorted. This has now prevented us from completing our website and selling platform integrations, so we will now be looking elsewhere.

Filled with malfunctions and horrible service

The CRM glitches constantly. One day we lose access to tickets, another day all the data is lost somehow, on some days emails can't be sent out using the system. I am not able to receive reports properly.
The support team always has one response, exactly one and the same: "I accessed your account on my side, I don't see any problem. There were no complaints about this issue".
At first I thought there really was an issue on my side, but when this replt repeated with all our team members, different computers, different network, DIFFERENT COUNTRY, I understood that this was just their way of working.
Do not subscribe to it, literally get anythibg else.

I tested the software because they offered a free trial. As soon as it ended, they asked me to upgrade to a paid plan.

No problem, so I entered the details of my credit card – because that's the first step they ask you to take – and then you can select the plan you want.

Mind you, I wanted to use the chat on a really small website that gets probably 100 visitors MAX a day.

So I just needed the smallest plan possible.

Guess what they did? As soon as I entered the credit card, they charged me $540 for a plan I didn't need.

I tried to stop it, but it was too late.

Also, when you try to deactivate, they start asking you infinite questions, and then you have to talk with the support team because you can't fully disable anything.

Scummy behavior.

I had to make an urgent payment today, and these bastards just stole more than $500 from me.

NEVER AGAIN.

There are other alternatives out there.

I have cancelled automate at least 3…

I have cancelled automate at least 3 times - Gorgias keep reactivating the subscription - how can this be possible? I do not want it - I never wanted it and now they are continuing to charge me? I have contacted support several times - you just get Gorgias instead of a real person. This is completely illegal. I do not like the automate answers and have to go in and manually answer tickets regardless. Proceed with caution

Gorgias is a nightmare

Gorgias is a nightmare. Their pricing is way too high for what they offer, and their sales tactics are beyond aggressive. We told them multiple times we’re not interested, yet they won’t stop calling and emailing. Now they’re spamming us from random throwaway email addresses — it’s shady and ridiculous. This isn’t marketing, it’s harassment. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Chat Feature

The chat feature was simple to access. When the AI bot couldn't answer my question, it was quickly escalated to a person. After a few clarifying questions, the issue was escalated to the appropriate team and was resolved within 48 hours. This was super helpful!! Thank you!
