Bunch of cowboys. Failed to arrive on the day and time agreed and then arrived out of the blue on another just as I was leaving my property. Dale begged me to allow “his boys to do the job because they had driven a long way”. Like a fool I let them. Came home to a trashed garden. Surprise, surprise, the promised follow up call never arrived.
Scaffolding erected 27/11/25 (without an appointment)

It’s par for the course that scaffolding is usually noisy in erecting. However our neighbours have now used Gorilla no less than 3 times over the past few weeks, they have been incredibly disruptive, with tools, banging wooden planks, vocally and in laying music. Not only this but shouting to people not on site and being verbally rude.
There are numerous other companies in Cheltenham, so if you value your neighbours, I would look into one of them

We have had scaffolding errected at our Care home and i can honestly not fault their professionalism, attitude, comitment, their kindness it was a absolute please. so if you need any scaffolding these are definatly the company to use 100%.

Nothing to do with their workman ship but their staff will happily damage your property. One of your members of staff walked past my car while stationary knocked back my wing mirror and gladly opened his van door into my car with out a car in the world, only when he saw I was in the car did he even give the poorest attempt of an apology before driving off.

I didn’t get his details but have the reg of the van he was in. Obviously you guys hire people with wonderful morals.

Excellent overall service, great value for money.

These scaffolders did a very good job of erecting and dismantling scaffolding for my house. Wayne just about single handedly put up the scaffold which was impressive.
I discussed access for the front soffit which was above a juliet balcony and Wayne provided me with extra boards.

There was confusion initially regarding the debris netting for both rises which I had asked for in my original quote but was not done, subsequently Luke gave me an extra week as recompense.
The boards were filthy, covered in concrete and some sealant, I covered them in tarpaulin on both rises to minimise dirt.

No damage to my roof or property.
The crew worked hard and I made them tea or coffee.
Slow to dismantle but then all scaffolders are so no problem.
