Like everyone else, ordered 100% cashmere shirt and it's polyester. I was a little suspcious when the picture looked like cordouroy. Will conteset with CC company.

I ordered three 100 percent cashmere shirts and paid 14.99 for expedited shipping. After two weeks they did not arrive so I contacted customer support and received no answer. I emailed a 2nd time and threatened to file fraud charges. 5 days later they answered and apologized for delay and offered a 20% discount on a future order instead of my requested refund. Finally after a month my shirts arrived only to end up being 100% cheap polyester. This company is a complete scam. Do NOT waste your money. Customer service is a joke.
This company is a complete scam. Located in China. Their website looks legit but once you order something and give them your information they will start charging your credit card for bogus charges. Also you will get cheap imitations of what you ordered. If you complain to their customer service they will explain it’s not their fault and have a happy life.
On a Facebook ad, I ordered and paid for a men’s cashmere sweater. After more than a month, I received an iPhone case. Scam company. Lots of emails so I’m reporting to my credit card company tomorrow.
Ordered 2 shirts and 2 sports jackets on separate orders. Sizes aren’t USA sizes. Tried to exchange the 2 sports jackets 2xl for 2 in 3xl. They wouldn’t accept the request but offered me a 20% off on my next order. They really expect more of my money for crap I can’t use
If I could give them no stars I would. They sent me the wrong products and said if I sent them photos and verification, which I did, they would correct their mistake. Then they replied saying that because of the transportation costs, they would only give me a 20% discount on the next order somehow implying we are responsible for the mistake. When I presented them with the verification again they asked for photos exactly as they described. Round and round and round I go. I even sent them a side by side photo of the correct shirt they did send the first time next to the wrong shirt. So I am stuck with 6 shirts I’ll just give away. They are disreputable people with a sleazy business model.
Ordered 2 100% CASHMERE shirts for about $80. Received 100% polyester shirts.
Contested transaction through Visa CC bank of America. They immediately credted my account and I threw the $5 shirts out.
This company is a SCAM. They advertise cashmere shirts, but ship 100% polyester. Not even close.
