I was scammed myself and husband by Go travel at 12 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 7AE.various amounts taken off my credit card totalling £891 for a one week trip to Turkey. We were booked to travel to Antalya on 10 August 2026. On arriving at the airport, we were no on the system so we did not travel. What a shock for us both yesterday. Took money from us pay hotel and paid different companies. Please don’t use this Go Travel again. Wicked!!! Confirmed booking was sent under Wizz Air whilst payment was made to Easy Jet with different persons name and booked us with Wizz Air. Payment was also made to different hotels using different names. They have now blocked me on their phone so I cannot get through.

Trip was good but the driver. He could have some personality and was very abrupt. Made statements of the state of the bus when the group had black bags doe any rubbish or mess. He deliberatly locked the toilet with no regard to anyone with medical issues blaming yet again the same group who were not the only ones using the loo. Infact they also had to acquire extra loo roll and hand wash to replace what was used. Their was some of a group that is request the loo but he was so so rude

Wouldnt bother saving money and going with companies such as these, I advise all NOT to use courier companies, always search on Google for Freight cargos, that would give you all the details before and after, unlike these useless people.

Terrible. I don't get any updates my parcel appears to be stuck in New York for about 8 days and I'm assuming it's moving but there's no route info. I asked support and they didn't bother checking.

Harry went above and beyond to find me a discounted ticket at the very last minute, which saved me time and money.The process was quick and stress-free.I highly recommend them and I definitely will be booking with him again.
