It's really annoying when I see humans…

It's really annoying when I see humans that obviously want to trash something that doesn't meet their needs. G-Pen doesn't deserve a 3 star. My experience from start to finish was insanely perfect. Even though we had a blizzard for a few days package was only 1 day late... woulda been early. FYI... I ordered consumables from them. 2DAYS shipping!! Lol And it was free shipping. My Hyer has been flawless since I received it. Next... getting the dry herb bucket!! Thank you guys!!! Let's get this review score up!!

The G pen micro+ tank bad 👎 😬 design. I have replaced the tank and 2nd tank has failed again. Keeping it clean does not keep it from failing. Last for a couple of months then no good will fash red and green lights then turn off. New tank with shipping $23. to expensive to keep up buy something else!

You really can't get any worse than this.

This company has hands down the worst customer service I have ever ran into.. I got the g pen micro concentrate vaporizer and it is completely trash email them within 10 minutes of receiving the product telling them. I am not a satisfied customer and that I want my money back and they refused to give me my money back, saying it's a used product.. It tasted like complete 💩 chemicals and wires and electronics.. They told me to do a burnoff.. I told them that the industry standard should be they do the burnoffs prior to shipping it out, so us consumers don't have to inhale toxic 💩 .. also I did the burn off as they suggested, and it's still didn't work and I ended up wasting some good concentrate....They got me for $50 so I feel fortunate compared to some of these reviewers spending $200 plus add this horrendous company.. it's my fault.I should've done my research.. If anyone is reading this and considering buying anything from this website, just know that there's a good chance you're going to feel like you just flushed your money down the toilet.. That's exactly how I feel.. And it looks like many many others.. terrible products and even worse customer series.. they don't even deserve the one star I have to give them.. 0 out of 5 from me.. I'm telling everybody I know stay away.. If you guys wanna see some good green that I grow. Check me out and grow diaries...Username Hempface86

It simply doesn't work!!!

I was never able to get my micro G Pen to work. I contacted the company several times in an attempt to get help to no avail. I finally asked for a return authorization and they refused saying they can not take back "used" product. I assured her I could never get the device to work so clearly it is not "Used". Custromer Service was zero value. In fact she was not only zero help, she was sarcastic and rather dismissive in her responses. I can not in good conscience recommend doing business with this company. Save your money. You can buy much better products at significantly better pricing.

gpen roam

I purchased the gpen roam. It plugs after every use and requires extensive time consuming cleaning. Making it totally useless and definitely not mobile. I tried reviewing it on their site of course it only allows positive reviews. Beware of any company that will not let you post a negative review.

Above And Beyond!

I ordered something on a Black Friday deal. I really wanted it but I realized on Monday that I had ordered the wrong thing. Entirely my mistake.
I hadn't received a shipping confirmation, so I emailed the company if it would be possible to cancel or change my order. I 100% expected a no, of course, but I figured it couldn't hurt to try.
They said yes and refunded me right away!
In the meantime, my boyfriend ordered the thing I actually wanted so we were still able to take advantage of the Cyber Monday deal. Thank goodness.
Very appreciative of the understanding of this company and of being treated like a human by them. I don't feel like that happens a lot these days. They really didn't have to refund me, a lot of places don't cancel orders at all. I was prepared to receive a no and just suck it up. But this made my day and saved my wallet a little. :)
I can't wait to try the GPen Roam. Maybe someday I'll order the GPen Connect again...this time, on purpose. Lol.

Dissapointment after dissapointment, followed by bad customer service

I got a gpen connect about a year ago. Only used it maybe ten times within a couple months. Then I moved and haven't used it and when u went to use it a few months later it wouldn't work. I tried and cleaned everything and still wouldn't work. I contacted gpen and told me without a receipt that there's nothing they would back and I don't keep receipts for months..... So fast forward and I wait till 710 sale specifically to order a new tank and another cheap part just in case because they told me it needs a new tank most likely . I wasn't going to pay 45 bucks for a tank for something that I already paid 200 for and should be working. So 710 comes and i place an order for a tank and another part and a vape pen which is the Dr green thumb micro. They cancel my order a week later with no warning. I contact them and explain and they tell me they will fix it and honour the pricing. So they do it and re charge me again.... Gets cancelled again. This is now 3 weeks later and another complaint email and a person telling me now I have to call to place a THIRD order.. and manager finally emails and says they will send me order. I got the order. The tank and part fixed nothing.. so obviously the battery has gone to crap in a brand new device that was barely used cuz that's the last thing it could be. The micro Dr green thumb vape pen is the worst vape I've ever used. Even keeping it upright, the white plug from up inside constantly comes out and gets stunk in the tank and concentrates are everywhere except down on the burner. Allll the time! It's a huge waste of my product and doesn't smoke well because of it either. All in all I'm super disappointed. I tried to email again about these things to the manager and they never replied... Not surprised and then shared a story about it all on my ig lady_smokeatoke and of course they didn't care there either. I will never buy any more products from them and going forward I'll make sure my reviews reflect that in store and on my ig page.

Purchased the Elite

Purchased the Elite. Worst waste of money. Runs VERY hot and takes several heatings to get any vapor to show even at 410 degrees F. Takes forever to charge and no time at all to deplete the battery.
Tried to contact them several times to request a return and refund. They never respond.
Tried several times to register my pen. Neither listed serial numbers are recognized by their system. Again tried customer service. No response.
Please don't waste your money regardless of what deal they are offering.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Item was back ordered and I was never contacted. Waited over a month and they cancelled my order without telling me and then were literally rude about it when I called. Just the worst of the worst, especially for 2022.

Mouthpiece heats up too much

Mouthpiece heats up too much - can burn lips.
Vape shuts off at 5 minutes- not enough time to vape all herbs within.
Mouthpiece vent is difficult to clean and mouthpiece material deteriorated noticeably after one use.
Vape temperatures do not seem accurate.
Size of the vape is nice, and the concept is a good one - just need better engineers.

Man I loved my g-pen, until I called customer service

Man I loved my g-pen.

It worked so good. I paid $75 in Maine to get mine. High end. Wow.

Then I needed to start cleaning it. It jams up when you are using resin stuff. I needed to clean mine out every other use. After a bit (two months usage) my cleaning out the gunk so I could smoke it had a problem. The porcelain piece in the tip broke.

I called. I wrote. Could you hook me up with another porcelain piece? Where can I get it? I’ll pay send me one.

No. Can’t. Laws.

1. Not you can get a replacement piece at this location.

2. Not here is a coupon to get the piece. Not here is a coupon to get a new one.

3. Not a suggestion on how to fix it.

I got after two emails to customer service email not phone response that said you are out of luck. I told them come on. 75 bucks is a lot. Im just cleaning it can’t you help me?

No.

Im a broke senior. They said screw you. You bought it. It broke. You are out of luck.

Im writing this review to say give me a break g-pen. Stand behind your product. We people don’t have this money to spend and buy a new one when it breaks. Help keep your product working. Silence, and no deal from them. That is just BS.

I strongly recommend never buying g-pen products. You can find a better design and a company that supports its product elsewhere.

Don’t buy a g-pen.

I should've researched this company and online reviews before placing an order. Their website is very professional and legitimate in appearance. I put a G Pen in my cart on 1/7/22 and the system said that if I placed my order that day, it would ship soon. Otherwise, they were experiencing shipping delays from 1/8/22 to 1/19/22.

I foolishly believed this information and placed my order which was swiftly followed by a confirmation email stating that my order would ship soon but due to COVID, communication and shipping would be delayed 10-14 days. Not happy about that but I wanted to believe the system message I received.

It's been 2 weeks now and my patience ran out plus I plan on being out of town and could not get a ship date from customer service. Upon researching company reviews, I realized that shipping delays and lack of customer service was a common issue any time of the year/pandemic. So disappointing.

I emailed them and never received a response. I DMed them on Twitter (since they still had staff recently Tweeting) and was ignored. I live chatted with a couple guys on their website and finally canceled my order.

It's a shame. The product might be great but a potential customer like me will never know because I'm so turned off by their practices that I will not support them. I wanted to write this review for others who are considering purchasing from them. Maybe they'll improve in the future - who knows but I'm done.

Purchased a $180 item

Purchased a $180 item. Going on a month now and still haven’t received product or a refund.
Contact Grenco Science directly and all they keep saying is it’s been shipped and can’t refund until item is available to do so. It’s been “shipped” but no tracking updated. Ordered on 6/16/2021, time of this review is 7/14/2021.
NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
Customer service is trash.

I placed my order on April 28 and now May 4 I contacted the company asking them where my shipment was after paying extra for UPS and they told me that I will expect it to arrive in another 10 to 14 days which is completely inappropriate because nowhere on the website does it say anything about delays in shipping it only says delays in customer service and they do not pick up the phone I read this company a one because they did not even have the courtesy to email their customers of the product that I already paid for to advise me about their delay in shipping

After tried different pen and all presented the same smell, I opened the pen to understend what is smelling so much . The fault is of a kind of glue wich is used for the inside component . Only one pen ( of 5 tried ) was without this glue and only one pen was not smelling of burn plastic ( the glue was smelling of burn plastic when in use ) .
