Delayed my delivery 5-10 days for no reason and waited 4 days to notify me.
They bait and switched me with a 20% discount and then only gave me 15%. Then it took them 4 days to notify me that my order that should have arrived in 5 days would take 15. This is for a safety item for a baby. There is no excuse for their lack of urgency with delivering their product.
Scam
Order was for a weighted large highland cow stuffed animal. I got a small highland cow dog toy. Completely a scam! 10 times smaller than shown. Looks nothing like the ad. Honestly, I am so sick of these scams.

If I could give less stars, I would. I have a 2year old carseat with no issues other than the Styrofoam headrest broke off when I went to clean it. I contacted customer service and they gave me a lousy $20 off $100 or less or $40 off $100 or more. What a slap in the face after spending over $200 on a carseat and having to do more work for a replacement to make sure my baby has a safe carseat. I will not be buying graco products anymore. I have heard safety 1st replaces better and will be buying those or other brands. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with graco BABY products and having to use unsafe products because it is out of warranty and they refuse to help and I do not have funds for a new carseat. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Graco.

I had an issue with the mattress of two pack and plays. Both bunched up and the mattress would not lay flat. Even though the warranty had expired, they would not stand by their product or even offer free shipping on replacement mattresses. I always thought Graco was a great, reputable and safe company for our most precious little ones. After getting nowhere with customer service reps and reading MANY poor reviews, I realize that they must just be all about the $$ and don’t care about anything else! Time to expose this company for what they really are…greedy!!!

I’m extremely disappointed in Graco’s customer service. I reached out to order a replacement seat cover for one of their convertible booster car seats—something you’d expect to be a simple fix for such a widely used product.
Instead, I was told that the part “no longer exists” and that I might be able to find a compatible one—but those are completely out of stock until at least October. The representative offered no real help or alternative, even after I explained that this is the car seat I use every single day for my child’s safety.
So now I’m left without a usable seat, and their response was essentially: “Sorry, not our problem.”
For a brand that’s supposed to prioritize child safety and reliability, this was a shocking and frustrating experience. I expected better from Graco.

Purchased a car seat with a six year warranty, but the car seat manufacturer date was already 3 years old! So I paid full price for a car seat with half of a warranty! This is FRAUD! I called and was told I could have bought one from a store or warehouse with the current year. So basically the website sells old items. Customer service was no help!

Love the Graco myavo stroller. We bought it in addition to the main pram so we have it when we travel abroad or weekends . Must say it became the main stroller now and we will get rid of the old one . Great price, light & practical .

I had placed an order for Graco Nest Travel System on 5th April - 3 weeks ahead of my due date. The order is stuck in Arizona from 11th April and today is 21st April. I can't wait any longer. Because it's mandatory to buy the infant car seat else the hospital won't discharge your new born. I can deliver any time and had to travel 2.5 hours to the Target store where it's available for immediate purchase. I called Fedex for an update and refund. They said, it's Gracos responsibility and the shipment has been lost. When I called Graco customer support, they said the Fedex has lost the shipment, it's Fedex responsibility to refund. We are not getting refund from anywhere.

Tried ordering a 5in1 baby crib. First order package was lost by FedEx, i mean its not exactly a small package but whatever, contacted Graco was told they had confirmed the package loss on a Weds, told me the order will be sent by end of day Friday. Its now Mon the following week and they have decided to cancel my order, now i gotta wait and fight for the refund so i can go physically buy the crib from a store.
My advice as a first time Graco shopper, dont use them, stay well clear, this company is unreliable and just messes people around
Cruddy crib, cruddy customer service
We ordered a crib from their website and it came completely destroyed! When I notified them and asked to replace it or refund it, they didn't want to do either. They just wanted to replace the damaged parts. There were 12! Completely shattered pieces. We wanted a new product because we did not want to chance there being a crack somewhere else in the crib the would compromise the integrity and safety of it while the baby is in it. They were still unwilling to help us with what we wanted until I threatened legal action. But they were not happy about it. We were finally able to get it returned. We purchased another crib from somewhere else but to date, still have not received our refund. It's been a month since the order and 2-1/2 weeks since the return. Their website states 3-5 business days for refunds. Never again graco. Buyer beware! I should have read the other reviews first. Lots of similar ones
Poor quality and horrible customer service
I purchased a lovin hug swing for €145 and it only lasted 2 months… the swing completely stopped working. When I reached out to graco they refused to replace or refund the swing and tried to blame it on us saying we used the wrong plug for the swings cable even though when the swing stopped working we were using batteries and not the plug in. We hadn’t even used the plug in until it stopped working and that’s when we started trying to use different batteries and the plug in to see if it would work which it didn’t and I also tried to tell them this but they were having none of it. It’s just not good enough for me to spend this much money and it only worked for 2 months. Would give no stars if I could.

I purchased a Graco Pack n Play with bassinet and change table. After using it for 4 months as our main change table the cover tore. They do not have the change table in stock and will not replace it with anything else even though it is still under warranty. Their suggestion is to “put a small piece of tape on so it doesn’t scratch baby.” The only thing they will provide is a $20-$40 rebate if I buy a new product AND I have to send the tags from my old one to them as proof. They wouldn’t give any other options. I will not purchase a Graco product again.
Poor quality and poor customer service
Poor quality and in the end terrible customer service who doesn't want to help.
We purchased a kids seat who is advertised as "up to 12 years". But I guess that doesn't do any good if the seat breaks within the first 2 years. We had only used it for a bit more than 1.5 years and the buckle just broke which also meant we didn't have a safe seat for our little one at the time.
I can only recommend to NOT by Graco products, we certainly won't in the future.

Awful customer service experience with completely unhelpful and misleading agents who only give canned responses and refuse to take responsibility for issues they’ve caused. Will never buy Graco products again after the awful experiences with wrong product items, extra charges, and refusal to help or make their mistakes right.

I worked with Keely and she was a condescending nightmare. I used to work as head of customer service and marketing and saw many girls come through our door who were just like her on a high horse and refuse to do the right thing. We were sold a defective swing. They would only replace the motor. Well guess what? After Keely promised a new motor only would “100%” fix our problem, the new one was defective too. Or the whole swing. Who knows. Anyways after I told her about this she had a bad attitude and refused to replace it unless I broke down the swing (I am almost 7 months pregnant) purchased a box for the swing and returned it then they would finally replace it. Why is my time and money being wasted for their mistakes? A simple I’m sorry and correct course of action is the way to go. You don’t argue with a customer. Changing all my graco registry items to Chico!

I purchased a new stroller that was defective and made unsafely due to a manufacturing error. I no longer had the box and had to pay $33 for fedex to custom make a box to fit it so that I could return it for a new one. Graco would not reimburse me this cost, even with the receipt. A customer should not have to pay out of their own pocket just to get the thing they already paid for — it is not my fault that the stroller I bought was unsafe! Graco should be ashamed of their customer service policies!

Update: July 2024 - Subsequently had 2 additional calls that resolved the issue. I wish the 3rd person I had spoken with had been the first. I had such good subsequent experiences and full resolution of my issue that I am switching from 1 star to 4.
I don't have any issue with the products but I had a terrible customer service experience on the phone just now while trying to get a shipment address changed. Was clear the lady wasn't interested in helping me and I had to ask a lot of questions just to know what I could do to get the address changed. Her attitude and lack of helpfulness was apalling.
