Mr. John is a very calm and patient person. He explains things in a way that is easy for our child to understand.

My sons have had three male tutors in the last three years and each of them has been amazing. Grade potential employees have great communication skills; my family will continue to use this company in the future. I definitely recommend!

Great service and so easy to set up

Suha is a 10 out of 10. My daughter absolutely loved her. She was attentive and punctual and made tutoring fun!!!! That’s hard to do.

Horrible company. In 1 month, they were able to find only one teacher for child. The teacher made an appointment with me to come to my home then never showed up. When I contacted the potential teacher, she ghosted me. When I contacted manager of client relations who found the teacher for me, she did not respond. They were more interested in returning my funding than actually finding a teacher for my child. Useless company including their partnership account executive. What's sad is trust pilot made me remove the names of the individuals I was mentioning. Better to safeguard those doing wrong rather than expose them right Trust pilot?

My experience has been very well and the process has been easy and professional. Amy was really helpful with the process and matched me with a Tutor who has been very helpful and easy to learn from. I would easily recommend this to everybody.

So I had I set up for a tutoring session in person the tutor that they first matched me up with seemed a little annoyed that she had to travel a little bit of a ways now to me if you knew this was out of your way maybe you should have said maybe he's not the right student but she showed up but let that be known that she was not happy that she had the travel this far and wanted me to set up for sign up for additional tutoring and I'm like hey I'm on a budget I'm so I am not going to go over my budget and then we went over a lesson plan and she said she would send that to me when we left I never received it I have to keep emailing her back and forth finally she just email me back and said well I'm canceling you as a student so that should have been my first clue that maybe this wasn't a good fit but I went ahead and contacted the company and they said well we'll find you another tutor sorry that that didn't go very well and I got a phone call saying they couldn't find me a tutor and then they said they would find me somebody and I receive a phone call by 6:00 p.m. that night I never received phone call matter of fact I had to email them again and say what is going on here with my account you know did you find somebody that said yes this person still had not contacted me so I decided maybe this is not a good fit for me so I decided to cancel with them and go with somebody else and not to say they weren't nice and professional but I just felt like I was going through too many people instead of just one person and I had no issues with them with cancer in my account there you know they were very accommodating very professional said you know I apologize and I said well you know that's fine I appreciate that but I feel like also their tutors maybe they need to be a little bit better at making sure people find the right to her and they have a tutor that's not going to be upset because I have to travel ways because when I signed up I told them you know I want to meet at the library and when I met with this tutor she meant let it be known she was not thrilled she had to travel from quite a ways well I didn't say nothing at the time because I was like kind of took him back by it but I started to say well then maybe you shouldn't took the job in the first place but I didn't say that but with her not sending me my lesson plans to her but again the company is a very nice they're very professional they try to work with you and unfortunately this just was not a good fit for me

Tiffany is Great! She has made a great deal of progress with Cash in a very short period of time. He likes her and is actually showing an interest in finally starting to read. She is a good asset to your team!

Our tutor, which is Julie she is amazing patient I am noticing enthusiasm and my children learning how to read and they’re making good progress. Highly recommend.

My tutor Fabrizio is very kind and patient with me. I am currently learning Italian and although I have many struggles, he tries his best to help me learn. He breaks things down very clearly and I am appreciative of him as a teacher and as a friend.

Red is the tutor that we have been lucky enough to get to work with our child. She has had other tutors in the past but really bonded with Red. When we asked her what she liked about Red she stated the micro signals (our words not hers) that she got from other tutors made her feel like she was someone defective. She said Red makes her feel valued and comfortable and that allows her to ask the questions she needs to ask. Children are very perceptive and with Red she feels an absence of judgment. She is excited about their tutoring sessions and even about the work she needs to do between sessions. It has been a relief to us.

On the first scheduled day, last week, the tutor got “a flat tire”…She was a no call-no show on the second day. They sent me a different tutor who allegedly had car trouble on Monday (7/6/2026), again on Tuesday, and was a no call-no show on Wednesday!! But the Agency was quick to bill me for the full two weeks.
Appalling- DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!
