Delving on time great
Looks like real grass. Soft on the foot. Full and thick
Hi. I received a quality grass and I was well surprised to find that sizes were bigger that I ordered. With that of cut I covered another area which were not planned initially. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
cannot recommend Grass Warehouse based on my experience. The artificial grass I received was not a true reflection of the quality shown in the product listing. The appearance and overall quality were significantly below what I expected from the images and description, leaving me very disappointed. When I contacted customer service to raise my concerns, my complaint was initially dismissed rather than properly addressed. After several discussions, the company eventually agreed to refund only 75% of the purchase price, meaning I was still left out of pocket for a product that I believe did not match the expectations created by the listing. While I appreciate that a partial refund was eventually offered, I do not feel it was a fair resolution given the circumstances. I would advise anyone considering buying from Grass Warehouse to request samples and inspect them carefully before purchasing, as my experience suggests the advertised quality may not reflect what you actually receive.
good product and looks great have recommended to friends
Great stuff looks amazing garden is well nice now
Great product for the price point…I will definitely be ordering more artificial lawns in the future.
It's really thin and the bottom layer is so weak I rip it with my hands
Great product very easy to lay and cut , grass thickness is excellent
Great quality grass with a strong backing material
Great quality product, I like the different coloured grass threads that makes the lawn look realistic and high quality
Realistic look with good density, colour and height. Easy to lay.
