Brilliant product and company to buy from, couldn't fault them at all.

Delivery driver got it wrong and I paid the price... An extra £45 to be exact.
He called, poor communication, language barrier, didn't tell the yard owners he had arrived, left without telling anyone.

I was charged for redelivery and had to arrange everything that followed.

Astro turf quality as expected but experience, empathy and customer service - poor.
Disappointing.

Although the grass order was late arriving due to the van breaking down eventually we receive the order 3 days later.
