Terrible ! They are not helpful at all !

I have been applying to jobs with GRB for at least a year. Despite having graduated with in Economics. I only received one interview. Just loads of unrelated job adverts. But still hardly any interviews and the one interview I had no feedback. Honestly, best thing you can do is by applying directly to the company. GRB can't get you a job. At the end of the day you are just another number to them.

I received lots of unprompted phone calls and emails which I was unable to unsubscribe from. I also received "targeted" job adverts with essential criteria that clearly did not match my profile (e.g. STEM degree, specific language fluency). This "matching" system really needs to be improved.

An interesting opportunity was sent to me which I applied for and was put forward for interview. The recruiter did not send me an interview link on time meaning I was 10 minutes late to the interview, and luckily the interviewers waited for me. I was put forward to the next stage and was told that the GRB recruiter would continue contact and send me details nearer the time, and this never happened. I have received no further communication from GRB regarding this role, and I have no internal contact details for the company.

It seems that even on the small chance that you go beyond the stage of sending a CV to a recruiter and receiving no further contact, you will still be ghosted.

After signing up and receiving emails from GRB it allowed me to look into employment areas I wouldn’t originally pick out myself but were perfect for my skill set. Mia has been amazing though out the whole process in keeping me updated and helping to prepare for interviews which immediately made me feel more comfortable. She was always available for help via email and the phone calls helped to settle nerves, having her as a bridge of communication between myself and the role allowed me to secure a job offer which I am so excited about and I couldn’t have done it without the help of Mia and Emma at GRB!

Coming from a recruitment background I know a good recruiter when I see one - Beth Terry kept me up to date every step of the way and was superb in securing me a new role in a new sector, preparing me more than adequately for the process and making what would have been a tough competency/role play based interview a seamless experience. 10/10 service - highly recommended!

Aimee and Emma set me up with an amazing job offer. Made the entire process stress free. I was fully informed of what was expected of me and the specific job responsibilities. Unemployed for only two weeks thanks to GRB!

After graduating, I was struggling navigating the job market, but with the help of Lauren Whitfield from the GRB I was able to land my dream job. After initially contacting me, she supported me throughout the whole process, taking time out to answer any questions,

I've found the job market difficult to navigate, but the GRB have been superb. After graduating from university with a business management title, I was very confused when it came to applying for post graduate jobs. I did my research and came across GRB. Working closely with Emily and Beth has helped a lot in understanding what kind of jobs I’d like to apply for and in a short period of time we managed to find my first job that I’m currently enjoying a lot and feel like I’m finally kick-starting my career. After searching for a job independently for quite some time without any luck, I was very relieved when put into contact with James Simpson at the GRB. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this group. James has been friendly, helpful, and through his hunting introduced me to a job I might never have found on my own. I'm now one month in to this new job and having a really good time. I would recommend this service to anyone who feels as though they could use some guidance / a push in the right direction towards the career of their choice.

As a recent graduate, I did not have much insight in to what career direction I wished to pursue. This was until I contacted the GRB. Emma Cranford and Aimee Burgess were fantastic to work with. As a recruiter they maintained a highly professional demeanour and were always very friendly, and found me the perfect job instantly! They were quick to understand the kind of role I was looking for, recognising my strengths and putting me forward for exactly the right job. They

For now is good. I didn t have payment to now so I cant tell Is they pay. I ll write again after pay. It s nice platform.

When I first joined after graduating I was initially impressed, I was called by the team and had a thorough discussion about my objectives twice, much more personal and authentic than any other recruitment team I've signed up for. I've received so many opportunities by the team through email and I've applied to every single one but not a single reply has been given.

They must receive thousands of applications so I appreciate I must have low hope for each position I apply for, however with a perfect academic record up to masters degree and tons of prior experience, I thought I would have at least heard back from one company by now.

A few times I've even received the same job advert twice, I've been signed up for a while now and still haven't had any luck. There are many "job site" scams after your personal details out there and I'm now wary of this one, however if it is genuine then personally this service just simply hasn't worked for me.
