Really impressed with these bars
I’ve been really impressed with the quality of Grenade protein bars. They genuinely taste great compared to many other protein snacks I’ve tried, and they’ve helped me consistently hit my daily protein goals while staying healthier.
The flavours are excellent, the texture is spot on, and they feel like a proper treat rather than just a typical protein bar. You can tell the products are high quality and made with care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty and convenient way to increase their protein intake.

Probably my last order
The good points: quick delivery.
The bad points: didn’t order sale items but received protein bars produced August 2025 - leaving only 3 months to the BBE. For full priced items this seems poor. Tried to use a points saved to use against purchase. Somehow that disappeared. Feel like this brand is losing its way

Great service, speedy delivery times, tasty products AND rewards for eating them!!
I have used their online ordering, etc and that's my experience - it really is THAT good :)
This is from someone who rarely purchases online (quite deliberately), so that speaks volumes.

Good Products but Service not as Advertised
The products I ordered are good however there were some hiccups in the service. Delivery was a day later than advertised (possibly I ordered too late to hit the overnight delivery but this should be mentioned in their ordering). In addition, as a new customer, I was promised a welcome pack of free bars but this only seemed related to certain orders and was not included in my order.

Good value and flavour
Got a good amount of bars and shakes pretty cheap and a load of gifts like a welcome gift, some free creatine for spending £60 and free delivery. Can't complain really, a lot cheaper than I could've bought it all in retail. I got the Oreo, White Oreo and Creme Egg protein bars which are all pretty banging. Got the fudge brownie protein shake which is a bit sickly-sweet but that's kind of what you expect with fudge brownie. Haven't tried the free stuff they gave me yet but the raspberry creatine is pretty decent tasting
