We're sorry to hear about your experience 😔 Due to the high demand for our Advent Calendars, we had a limit of one per customer to ensure as many people as possible could get their hands on one. Unfortunately, as your order exceeded this limit, it was unable to be fulfilled and has been cancelled. A full refund has of course been processed. We did also let you know via email that you are more than welcome to purchase as many as you would like at full price via our website. We would love to still get one out to you!

Arrived very quickly. Double boxed to ensure it arrived in good condition. Makes as nice a gift as I hoped.
